5、 You should check whether there are ore or other incidentals while checking broken, when if there are ore and other incidentals, you should remove it .
Second ：Arrival of the breaker
1、 After checking , if you prove the machine and running part situation are normal , then you can just start.
2、 This machine only permit to start in there is no load cases.
3、 After starting the machine, if you find that there is an abnormal situation, you should stop starting immediately, then you need to find out and dispel the abnormal situation, and then start the breaker .

Third ：Safeguard and use
1、 After the breaker running well, you can just begin to throw the material .

4、 Before parking, you should stop feeding in raw material and work at first , when the broken supplies in broken are totally discharged ,you can just shut off the motor .
5、 While using, if cause the breaker to park because of supplies stopping up in broken, you should shut off the motor immediately, and you can just start after removing the supplies.
6、 Turn back and use after the one of board's end of jaw is worn and torn.
The Fourth ： Lubricate
1、 You should do lubricated work often to friction of surface well in time, and guarantee machine runs well and lengthens service life.
2、 This machine adopt calcium base lubricating grease generally, user can select lubricating grease of other type for use to come according to place and temperature that machine use terms too, but must guarantee the bearing is lubricated well .
3、 The lubricating grease account for 50%-70% of the volume and it is must change once every three months to guarantee. You should use the careful washing roller of clean petrol and slide way of the bearing while changing the oil.
4、 You must pour into the lubricating grease to contact the place at Knee and knee cushion before the machine is started.
